UPSI purchases index numbers for Summons & Complaint, Notice of Petition & Petition, Order to Show Cause, etc. We confirm all copies prior to serving, file affidavits of service and Notice of Motions, and so much more.

UPSI will advance filing fees for a nominal charge.

United Process is authorized by NYSCEF as a 3rd party provider with the ability to file electronically for clients throughout New York State.

We also personally file at New York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester County courthouses.
